Clinton was reportedly 'Cooperative" today as 3 FBI Agents grilled her for 3 hours.
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton met agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations on Saturday. When investigators meet with the "target defendant," it generally means their investigation is swiftly coming to a conclusion, legal experts say.
The investigators now know what the questions are, and depending on Mrs. Clinton's responses, will recommend to the Department of Justice whether or not charges are appropriate. In other words, they want to question the Defendant, while of course video-taping her, to see how she might look to a jury.
After her now infamous meeting with former President Bill Clinton at Sky Harbor tarmac on Thursday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said that she would accept whatever the FBI agents working on the case decided. In other words, she'll file charges if the FBI wants to proceed, and not file charges if they advise her to instead just close the file. So it's OK that she met with the FBI target's husband--she's not the decision maker. And besides, no ethical rule forbids it.
So where do we go from here? Mrs. Clinton will probably have to appear in Federal Court and plead Not Guilty at an arraignment. At that time, her attorneys and Justice Dept. attorneys might discuss resolution of the matter. In fact, they may have already agreed to a plea arrangement, which may be put on the record the afternoon of the morning Clinton is arraigned.
The Justice Department's goal is to complete the investigation and make recommendations on whether charges should be filed before the two major party conventions take place toward the latter half of July, sources said....

I believe she will not face charges, based on:
1 Obama’s public statements of her innocence — he wouldn’t go out on a limb for her, and he IS in charge of the Executive;
2 Obama’s State Dept asking for a 27-month delay in releasing more Clinton email, which kicks the issue so far down the road, it might as well be never.

I hope so but only if they are prepared to expose Obama’s participation/knowledge which is unlikely.

I have been saying this as well all along and on recent threads. Obama was in on all of it, perhaps including the slush fund, and e mailed her as well. That is why Hillary will not get indicted unless the FBI is very brave and willing to lose their pensions perhaps at the risk of their families to expose Obama as an accomplice and they may not have the guts.
This goes all the way to the top and that is why it is being covered up so successfully so far and the ‘rats may get away with it.
If Bill and Loretta REALLY wanted to keep the meeting secret, why couldn’t they have just used a phone (cellphone or landline) to talk? No one would have seen anything.
Which is why this entire "Investigation" is such a farce. The FBI has allowed the agency to become a laughing stock. Not just this BS with Clinton but the entire leadership team a State is guilty. Comey will have shown himself to be just one more partisan hack, if the joke proceeds much further without an indictment or at least a recommendation for one, just on what is publicly known at this time.
Could be, but my guess is:
Hillary and Bill (knowing they had to cut their losses) ride into the sunset, spending their foundation/off shore stashed money until the time they turn into dust.
That's typically the case, but this is not a typical case.
“Cooperative” means only that she responded without the need for a subpoena and did not assert 5th Amendment rights. That is all.
We know that Obama knew about the server. Didn’t the FBI, NSA, CIA, Secret Service or Homeland know?
This was a huge security risk. If they didn’t know, shouldn’t they have and if they did, why didn’t they stop it?
A phone call leaves a trail, a record, even if it’s not known what was discussed - just like the current situation. But it’s actually riskier, the phones may have been tapped.
Perhaps Clinton is not the target of the investigation, Obama is.
The news from yesterday that 1) she won’t be indicted and 2) she met with the FBI for three hours doesn’t add up.
Lynch was Clinton’s puppet first.

This is a possibility but I believe that the corruption is so bad that it includes much of the FBI now and they wouldn’t touch Obama ever. It causes them to not indict Hillary because Obama is so implicated.
I hope and pray that I am totally wrong.
Regarless of the extent of the Investigation, the FBI has evidence of her guilt for several things she has already admitted. There was no “grilling” yesterday. It was a formality and a chance for Hillary to give explainations if she so desired. I doubt Hillary said a word. Her lawyers did the talking. Remember her lawyer had a flashdrive in his safe that contained classified material. This is all bargaining and pretense.

Maybe she responded with the standard "What difference at this point, does it make?" That is called Clinton speak, like it depends on what the meaning of is, is. We have to define every word with these clowns
The thing is, that is the only explanation. Does quantum superposition allow for different on/off, yes/no, multiple possibilities across the separate bubbles in the percolating universe?
