The purpose of an "October surprise" is to deliver it when it's too late to respond.

If there is video of that..Clinton going OFF and having a huge mega meltdown, that could do it..the media wouldn’t be able to claim that this info is “Old News” this would be NEW NEWS and it wouldn’t show her as being Presidential now would it

On a different subject, why doesn’t Trump (or someone) say something about the demand from our government for the vets from the CA National Guard to re-pay signing bonuses long after they served?
Seems like a win issue, to me.
If she thinks there’s a “couple of days” left in October then, well, there’s her October surprise.
A lot of people dont remember how late that one in 2000 was.
I think that little October Surprise was one of the main things that led to the hanging chads.
