There was real evidence of abuse, but Greer (this always ended up going back to Greer) turned a blind eye.

I'm off to the hot tub. When I return I fully expect to find that you guys have accomplished two things:

1) Get Terri's folks in to see her.

2) Get these nattering trolls off this thread.

His resume shows he is affiliated with Suncoast. Isn't that a BAD thing?

Yes that is how it should work. You should choose your fate, and/or your legal guardian, in writing. Anything else, especially when the guardian may happen to stand to gain from your demise, is playing russian roulette.

Looks like you're too cheap to pay someone to do legal research.

On a free public forum no less! I'm shocked, SHOCKED, that no one will pay you to put up or shut up!

Yes there is always the question of the authenticity of a document. But such is more amenable to checking than the truth or falsity of a "well, she said...."

Schiavo's attorney Deborah Bushnell told WorldNetDaily that her client was concerned about Malanowski's "integrity" and felt the 81-year-old priest was not "the kind of person that he wanted visiting Terri or that he felt comfortable visiting Terri."

Ya know, I really should be saving all these ridiculous quotes from Schiavo and his lawyers. I can't believe they actually can say these things with a straight face.

Michael will not win if the FL Supremes (or SCOTUS) do not permit him to. It is perfectly within the bounds of a state's rights to regulate matters of health and welfare.

If a corrupt judge is willing to accept even a badly forged document as genuine, however, no one can challenge such a finding.
