Times have certainly changed since I was in middle school (or junior high school as it was called back in the good old days when I was there)!

..."It's even more disturbing in society that a 12-year-old youngster is cognizant of such activity," he said. "The fact that it happened in a classroom while an adult was present is almost inexcusable."...

Oh for cryin' out loud. Just tell 'em to put some ice on it and let's move on along.

I've made an assumption, therefore I have a question.
"If" the girl was performing oral sex on 'him',,, Why, oh Why was the young mad charged with sexual assault? Why wasn't the young woman charged since she was the one doing the act, and he was just sitting there enjoying it?
I find it difficult to believe that in a full classroom with an adult monitor present the young man was able to force the young woman to do this. If there had been force involved, noise would have been made which would have attracted attention.

In Texas, I think any sex act with a girl under 14 is considered statutory rape/assault/whatever, whether she was 'willing' or not. It has to do with an inability to give consent. They aren't considered old enough to have the judgment to say "no." These young guys don't realize this. They need to be educated.

Claxton said he was told that police filed a sexual assault charge against the boy.Use The Clinton Defense:
QUESTION: As I understand your testimony, Mr. President, touching somebody's breast with the intent to arouse, with the intent to arouse or gratify sexual desire of any person, is covered. Kissing the breast is covered. Touching the genitalia is covered, correct?
KENDALL: In fairness, the witness said (ph) directly in each one of those cases.
QUESTION: Directly is covered, correct?
CLINTON: I believe it is. Yes, sir.
QUESTION: Oral sex, in your view, is not covered, correct?
CLINTON: If performed on the deponent.
QUESTION: Is not covered, correct?
CLINTON: That's my reading of this number one.
.........snip.........
QUESTION: Well, the grand jury would like to know, Mr. President, why it is that you think that oral sex performed on you does not fall within the definition of sexual relations as used in this deposition.
CLINTON: Because that is -- if the deponent is the person who has oral sex performed on him, then the contact is with -- not with anything on that list, but with the lips of another person. It seems to be self-evident that that's what it is.
........snip
This 14 year old should get off easy, the legal research is already done for him, heck he can probably just print out this post and give it to the judge, end of case....

This little 12-year-old will probably receive a "Barbie" for Christmas and be happy about it.

What society has allowed to happen to children in unforgivable. To be precise, it is a lack of proper parenting that has created this environment. It is a lack of permanent, loving marriages with two moral parents who teach their children morals from the earliest ages.
A lot of parents are trash so their children emulate the same behavior.
Bill Clinton's escapades were nothing but a symptom of the disease. We learned this when his activities were excused by the public. When the majority gave a green light to what he had done, on the job as our president, my wife and I were really shocked and saw America's future as lost.
This is the fault of the majority of Americans who gave a lasting lesson to school children when they said a president can receive oral sex on the job without his being disciplined for it.
If it's good enough for a president, why should your twelve-year-old daughter think it's nasty?
The enemy is us.

I thought there was an exception to stautory rape if the boy involved is two years or less older than the girl.

""If" the girl was performing oral sex on 'him',,, Why, oh Why was the young man charged with sexual assault?" Because, for just so long as a male is being 'brought to justice' it keeps our feminist society happy. No matter that the girl was performing sex on him, no matter that the teacher was, (or should have been), present. Just go arrest a male and keep the pc police happy.
To: Iowa Granny
Girls under a certain age, depending upon the state, cannot consent to any sexual activity. Therefore, the male, no matter his age, is charged with the crime. Depending upon his age, the charge varies (i.e., if he's under the age of 18 (or whatever the age is for the state), he could be charged with, for example, endangering the welfare of a child. If he's over the age of 18 (or whatever the age is for the state), he could be charged with, for example, sodomy, in the instant case. (Oral sex, no penetration.) and other charges as well.

Just go arrest a male and keep the pc police happy.Exactly the point I was making, altho indirectly. Both should have been charged, IMO.

How convenient for the feminists. The two kids are in the same class, perhaps only 14 months apart in age, she's 'doin' him, and the boy's a rapist. I think I'm gonna puke. I hope I live long enough to see the overthrow of feminism.
