Could it be that people who want to believe this rumor are hiding a secret wish that now they have a chance to hit it off with Charlie?

Excellent point - and at the top of that list goes the Arkie Trailer Trash Poofter who [a] attended Oxford in the 60's - where heterosexuals were/are as common as Unicorns [b]surrounded himself with lavender boys throughout his active political career and [c] spends a lot of time these days flitting from one international AIDS conference to another. Second on the list - a tossup between Peter Jennings, Sydney Blewmenall and George Steffiepopolous.

Being serious for a nanosecond - I think there is a possibility that Diana tweaked [and taped] certain statements out of the alleged perp while he was drying out in hospital. Sometimes when a strong willed woman loses her husband to another woman - she can spend a lot of time and energy crushing her husband's bones, in such fashion that the other woman ends up with a gibbering basket case instead of a man. Bottom line - Wales may be an ultra odd, somewhat inbred Kraut - but he does not have 10% of the lavender markers exhibited so blatantly by the Arkie Poofter, Klintoon.

...locating a tiara that'll fit 'em oughta be a real challenge.

I'm sure Sir Elton John might be able to help.
Aren't they friends? *L*
