So does Edwards become the chief suspect in the Hannity memo leak? For a man who looks all together out of the race he continues to be ridiculously optimistic. Maybe this is the strategy he intends to knock Dean out of the way with.

Talk about a verbose statement that really only means the following:

"Yeah, we gave them a bunch of info, but drew no conclusions from the info about a connection between Al Queda and Saddam. That is for the committee and others."

Essentially, they are not denying the information, just that the DOD indicated it proved any connection.

In other words people, the information is STILL ACCURATE....the memo contained ACCURATE INFORMATION OF APPARENT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN AL QUAEDA AND IRAQ.

Something I remembered today, John Edwards gets regular political advice from Bill Clinton ....... I will find the quote and post a link...

I think this raises the possibility that it was John Edwards who leaked the Hannity Memo and the Saddam Al-Qaeda Link memo to bring down the democrats a notch or two, insuring Hillary will not face an incumbant democrat in 2008. All of this done with the blessings of Bill and Hillary's Puppet, Terry McAuliffe
