DNC Airs "VILE" Anti-Bush Spot
DNC.Org ^ | 11/25/03 | GRRRRR

Posted on 11/25/2003 4:05:13 AM PST by GRRRRR

Go HERE to watch the attack ad from James Carville and his buddy McAweful.

In the ad, CarVILE says: "If you've had enough of George W. Bush, pick up the phone right now and join me by calling 1-877 DEMS 2004 to make an urgently needed contribution to the Democratic Party.

Bush will raise 250 million dollars to fund relentless attacks on our Democratic nominee -- he'll stop at nothing.

With your help, I know we can win. So stand up, be counted, and contribute today.

Call at 1-877 DEMS 2004, the Presidency is too important to sit on the sidelines.

Good thinkin' on the part of the Dems.  Find the least charismatic, smarmiest, hate filled hack and use him as the face of your party.

Good luck in 2004, fellas!

Listen Campers. If this stuff was effective the Libs would have never lost power. The fact is that it moves more people to the Right and pulls them to the Left. It proves how effective the latest GOP ad is and, in my humble opinion, how correct. It smells of desperation.

When my wife who is a recovering Massachusetts Democrat saw the ad, she said that having Freddie Kruger scream from the television is only going to help Bush. God willing, this time she's correct.

I keep wondering when James "Used" Carville is going to sue the producers of the various "Alien" movies - it's obvious they stoled the idea of the central character from this true alien.

The wimpy Republicans should run ads showing Carville defending Clinton by calling charges that he had sex with a White House intern "lies by the Republican Party" but they won't.

Has anyone else noticed that DMC Mouthpiece Gary "Doonesbury" NotTrueDoh is doing strips attacking Arnold's personal life but he refused to attack Clinton's personal life.

Desperate times call for desperate measures....

DNC must really be on the skids if they have to sink this low....

I agree Carville is a slimey creature who fouls everything he touches....but what is so 'vile' about that ad?

It looked pretty darn truthful to me.

"Bush will raise 250 million dollars to fund relentless attacks on our Democratic nominee"
A little disrespectful but probably true.

"-- he'll stop at nothing."
Also, very likely true.

"With your help, I know we can win."
Mostly delusional but not a lie.

"...the Presidency is too important to sit on the sidelines. "
Absolutely true.

Is the 1-877 number toll-free? If so, we should all start making multiple calls and ask them questions, etc., without donating. That way, they pay for the calls with not return.

Probably because neither Carville nor Bill Clinton is running for The Presidency.

...DMC Mouthpiece Gary "Doonesbury" NotTrueDoh...

Trudeau is so partisan that many newspapers moved him to the editorial page.

Rather than protest that he was an "entertainer cartoonist", he gloated and reveled in it, and, as I recall, became even more partisan as a result.

I refuse to purchase one of the local newspapers simply because they carry strips by Trudeau and that racist Aaron McGruder (Boondocks).

That'd be Deagol. Maybe we should make that Carville's new unofficial Freeper nickname. Deagol. Yeah, I like it.
