Dem Probers Eye Rush's Medical File Despite Agreement[Fr mentioned]

A Democratic Party prosecutor ordered the review of confidential medical records seized from doctors treating number one talk radio host Rush Limbaugh - despite an agreement by his deputy not to do so at a Florida court hearing Monday.

The brazen legal move has Limbaugh's supporters worrying that his medical secrets may now be in the hands of senior Democratic Party operatives working for New York Senator Hillary Clinton and other top Democrats.

During Monday's hearing, Limbaugh's attorney Roy Black asked the court to stay an expected decision granting permission to review the medical data until an appeal could be filed.

During the following exchange among Black, Assistant State's Attorney James Martz and Judge Jeffrey A. Winkoff, Martz indicated that he didn't object to the bid to keep the records under seal pending the judge's ruling.

"I honestly think it's in the purview of the Court to make that decision," replied the Florida prosecutor. "I don't think I have an argument on that."

Despite Martz's apparent agreement that the records would stay sealed until Judge Winkoff ruled, Limbaugh's records were allegedly opened and reviewed on orders from Martz's boss, State's Attorney Barry Krischer, the top talk host charged on Wednesday.

"The state advised my lawyer later in the day, [Monday] that, Barry Krischer, who is the elected state attorney down here, told his investigators to go ahead and open my medical records, despite the requests from my lawyers and the consideration of a stay by the judge. . .

"They couldn't wait; they had to open them," Limbaugh complained. "The state's attorney, Barry Krischer, personally ordered it from what we're told and his investigators began rifling through my medical records."

Contacted by the Palm Beach Post on Wednesday, State Attorney Krischer refused to deny the allegation.

The move shocked the top talk host's fans. Writing on the conservative Web site FreeRepublic.com, one listener worried: "The contents of Limbaugh's medical records are undoubtedly already in Hillary's database."

Kischer is a Democrat who strongly backed Attorney General Janet Reno after she was selected for the job by Mrs. Clinton.

Krischer's decision to press the case against Limbaugh so aggressively drew criticism from one particularly unlikely source.

"There is something odd about the way this case is playing out, the kind of crimes that are being investigated," complained former White House counsel Lanny Davis to MSNBC on Monday. "And it does really look like his celebrityhood . . . has attracted unfair attention."

While Davis disagreed with the notion that Limbaugh was the victim of a Democratic Party witch-hunt, he observed, "It doesn't look like, at the moment, they have a real serious case that smacks of criminal conduct."

"This is about prosecutors leaking to the press. That's wrong. And I agree with Limbaugh on that," he said.

Hmmm. Interesting.

Lanny Davis defending Rush at this point, means some Democrat operatives are treading on thin ice.

Yep. And even their own judges too (Fla. Supreme Court, 9th Circuit U.S. Ct. of Appeals, etc.).

When their loyalty is to their party and not our country, you bet they're a "Democratic Party prosecutor." Of course, they think their party is the country and the rest of us are just enemies to be crushed so that they can do "the right thing."

The keyword here would be allegedly.

Great catch. There is a whole heck of a lot of alleging going on all the way around. If Limbaugh had taken a quarter of the drugs he's alleged to have bought he would have died.

With all the smut in the Democratic Party, we are supposed to be worried about files on Rush Limbaugh. Give me a break.

It is my guess that the Dems. are looking for substantiation of the link between Rush's deafness and his extensive drug abuse. That would be an embarrassment to Rush.

Nope, just shows Newsmax is spinning. Go ahead and call him a democrat, but spin is spin. By that notion, all prosecutors who are republican are repiblican party prosecutors. This type of spin makes it clear who is trying to make this a political issue - and Newsmax is front and center.

Lanny Davis is not a screaming nutcase like hillary, Carville, Ann Rice, Chrissi LeHane, etc.

He speaks in normal tones is is friendly with many Republicans.

If Limbaugh had taken a quarter of the drugs he's alleged to have bought he would have died.

I have heard around ten to twelve doctors of good reputation on various talkshows over the past months say that that is not true. They reported that Rush could very easily have built up a tolerance, requiring more and more drugs. The doctor's are unanimous on that. He would not necessarily have died.

So interesting that one of the biggest shills for Manuel Noriega during the Bush One administration and Clinton during the impeachment, would be crying foul about Democrats now.

You know what.... the more I think about all of this the better. Follow this, who do you think has more to hide in drug use, felony crimes and other "personal" indiscretions? Now I've got a full time job with a family but I know that some of the freepers here have plenty of "off time" and "curiosity".

I say let the mud slinging begin... no holds barred, get the slime-ball, Democratic tapeworms, get slime-ball Democratic tapeworm family and kids like they did to President Bush's daughters, lets go ahead and play the whole thing out.

I'm sure that the prosecutor has some downloaded files, tax filing problems, personal property disagreements, legal filings that are shady, some personal "peccadilloes"... some problem with honesty and truth. I mean that is part of becoming a "Democrat"... you've got to be a slime-ball.

I'm looking at this as all upside. We know Rush had an addiction to narcs and did what addicts do to obtain their fix. He's admitted to the problem, is trying to get his life back together and now is being vigorously prosecuted. Let's see if maybe somebody will file a HIPPA violation on the prosecutor....since he is obtaining medical information and not guaranteeing that Rush's files are kept confidential.... that is a felony. Neat, huh?

If for some reason Rush's files are seen, noted or even mentioned using his name without his permission, any and all involved have now crossed a line that the slime-ball lawyers created. So Rush should get his "crackerjack" lawyer sue the crap out of everybody that laid a hand on his med records and didn't insure his confidentiality.

Felony and fines... tie them up for about 15 years jumping in and out of court.... Rush has got plenty of money... he should give up golf and just have these clowns spend the next 15-20 years filing motions, giving depositions, obtaining legal and constitutional expert opinions etc... Now that would be fun to see. Get phone records from the "democraptic" DA and subpoena everybody to testify if they've heard or obtained information about the med records. Felony and fines... those med records are actually a bigger problem than they think. hahahahahahhaahahahahahahaha.

The problem for the Democrats is that #1. They're stupid.
#2 they believe their own BS
#3. They don't have a "lock" on the mainstream media.

So smile and let the mud fly, brothers and sister.... yeeeeehaaaaaaa!
