Didn't feel like an earthquake. Sudden drop, with an extremely loud boom, and concussion. Real fast, almost sonic boom like, audible, but the ground definitely dropped for a slip second.

Maybe Michael Moore is in town and is going for a walk and that's the shaking you feel. :)

there was apparently a 3 within the last hour between Pomona and Sanata Ana. You may be reporting something since then.

LOL! We are not hearing anything over the wires, but I can assure you, it was quick and explosion like. Big. The earth literally. Been through numerous quakes and this didn't seem like one.

Now being reported earth quake near Diamond Bar CA......

Either that or he just finished a rather large meal...er...snack.

(no wonder LA has air pollution...)

Where are you, Joe? Here in the L.A. harbor I thought I felt movement, but no noise; almost like when an elevator stops. Maybe it was my imagination.

On his tippy toes??

Me thinks the idea of creating a "Micheal Moore" panic is unfounded, for it HE was taking a walk the earthquake alerts on FOX would be rampant!! ; )
