I remember Rush had a field day on his old TV show about the first one who came forward (I think that was the guy from Missouri? Kansas? can't recall).

It was a late 92/early 93 story and likely wouldn't be found unless one does a NEXIS search. The stepsister story came and went, too. That one is a doozy.

Considering what unfolded later during those eight years, I'd make the obvious assumptions as to where their stories wound up.

Give me a minute, let me do a keyword search...

What are you trying to imply about Jeb and his offspring? That he or they are illegitimate?

He looks like his sister, Dorothy, who looks like a younger Barbara.

His wife is Mexican, so obviously his kids favor her. Got a problem with that?

Shortly after Clinton was sworn in (or is it sworn at?), he had a bunch of people suddenly step forward to declare they were step-brothers and step-sisters, proud progeny of his alleged loosely-zippered father

Clinton's mother went to her grave without ever revealing the true identity of his actual, biological father.

I'm pretty sure that she is actually Columbian.

"In the meantime, he has been ordered to pay $1,500 a month in child support for two of his children, Pierce, 17 and Ashley, 14. The couple's oldest child, Lauren, is 19."

If I was a betting woman, I'd bet Neil Bush didn't have to be ordered to take care of his kids, and I'd bet he would help the 19 yr. old if she needed it, even if he wasn't ordered to do it.

Nope, she's definitely from Mexico.

But her NAME is Columba, so that's probably why you're confused.

No problem, she's my state's First Lady and I recently read a lovely tale on how she and Jeb met in Mexico when they were both teenagers in Faith & Family magazine.

I try not to flame first and ask questions later!!
Have a lovely evening....GG

From what I have always heard, providing a woman/call girl/hooker to top execs and others is not uncommon when you want to keep someone happy or cinch a deal. I am not surprised at this at all.

So you think Good Morning America hired Ron Reagan back in the eighties because they would have hired him anyway if he'd walked in off the street?

Um, not likely...in fact, no way.

"Still, said Rice University political science professor Bob Stein, "there is a family pattern here where the Bush sons - Jeb, Neil and George - have benefited tremendously by their connections through their father."

This is the part of the article that pisses me off the most. The only "dynasty" the press and the libs want is a demoncrat one. As if the kennedy's never had a "father" and other relatives who helped pave their way; as if the kennedy name means nothing; and as if JFK had nothing to do with Robert Kennedy getting a job in his administration. No, I guess when it comes to dems, nepotism and connections don't ever apply. BS!

It seems that in every Presidential family there is always one sibling who is a total embarrassment to the rest of the family members. I well remember the embarrasing brother in the 90's and how he just couldn't stay off of the front page with escapade after escapade. But I must say, after all the embarrassment and scorn, all the terrible publicity, I thought Roger Clinton was magmanimous in his forgiveness of his hughly embarrassing brother William Jefferson!!!
