What an absolute flat out lie! Gibson never said the Pope endorsed anything.

Obviously these people can't stand to be reminded of what Jesus went thru for them and instead of falling on their knees asking for forgiveness they arrogantly spew their idiotic tripe...

I wouldn't call that an endorsement, but it is a recognition of the Biblical accuracy of the film.
