The class warfare shstick will blow up in his face. By the way, I have a friend in Boston who is a realtor/appraiser, and he said the appraisal on Kerry's home is high by 3-4 million dollars.

It doesn't matter if he committed war crimes or not. What matters is that he believed he was committing war crimes when he was doing it. Now all they have to ask him is if he committed war crimes, and when he says no, you've got another flip flop adjustment of the facts to meet his needs example.
