Gee, ya think?No, that's not always the case in NM. There are several RAT politicians who've had DWI'S and are still in office. What's bad for this guy is that he's a Republican.

Its only the republicans who have to obey the laws, stand behind what they say and suffer the consequences of their actions, always has been and still is. I guess in hind site his biggest mistake was being a republican, not driving drunk - as far a career choices go.

Good. It should.Indeed it should. NM has the highest number of DWI fatalities in the country. It's especially bad where I live because there are so many Native Americans that are alcoholics. I've been in three car wrecks where I've been hit by a drunk driver.
