I appreciate that you feel that way. Just wait until an act of "forgetfulness" regarding something that the liberals forbid ruins your life or the life of your child. Myself and the others here will be cold and indifferent toward your situation.

It used to be that "criminal intent" was required for a felony conviction. Clearly the kid didn't have that. But of course that rule got in the way of the War on Drugs and is in the way of the War on Guns as well, so it's pretty much ignored these days.
