Ok. I know I'm probably comitting sacrelidge by posting this here, but I can't help myself. This is actually a sober assessment of anti-semitism and the new alliance between the left and Islamists. Is sanity making a creeping return to the Democratic party?

The New Democrats seem to get it. FWIW, they are for real, but they are also grossly neglected by the party's leadership, except when using them seems to be convenient.

They are fiscally conservative, pro-defense, smaller government kind of Dems. They have a small but growing following.

"Is sanity making a creeping return to the Democratic party?"

No. I would say the Dems are exactly split down the middle on whether "The Jews Are THE PROBLEM." "Neocon" is Democratese for Jews willing to oppose the genocide of Israel and / or America.

Fascinatingly, most Jews in America remain staunch liberals while their party dabbles in anti-semitism. Jews will hit the streets with Islamofascists and Communists to oppose the War On Terror. Strange.

This post accurately describes the current geopolitical trouble in Europe and the US. Anti-Semitism is coming back, big time, and this time it's not goosestepping but wearing a headscarf or a Che Guevara T-Shirt.

"And Noam Chomsky's diatribes against Israel and the United States are mild compared with Karl Marx's anti-Semitism in "On the Jewish Question," published in 1843. In language that anticipates José Bové and the worst of the anti-globalists, Marx insists, "emancipation from usury and money, that is, from practical, real Judaism, would constitute the emancipation of our time."

The anti-Semitism of the Left hasn't gone unnoticed in the Islamic world. The terrorist organization PFLP, formerly known as Black September, is openly Marxist. The Abu Sayyef, MILF, and Jemaah Islamiyah communist insurgents in the Phillipines are also Islamic.

What has happened is that the ideological void (i.e. anti-semitism) left by the defeat of the NAZI's has been filled by various Islamic groups by simply adopting the ideology of Communism.

This shift is irony-filled, of course. It causes people who consider themselves to be "Jewish" to overlook the anti-Semitic faults in Communism (e.g. Norman Mailer). It even causes people who consider themselves to be fundamentalist clerics to overlook such faults in Communism as its opposition to religion itself, too!

this comment struck me as incorrect:

..."...Europe's diaspora of 17 million Muslims..."...

A 'Diaspora' is a 'dispersal', usually a forced one. The Acadians from Nova Scotia and the Jews from Central and Eastern Europe were dispersed.

Muslims have chosen to 'expand' to other countries. Unless I missed something, no one forced Muslims out of Islamic countries.

I'm really glad you posted it. It's too long for me to read it all now, at work, but I'll finish it later. (Reading bump!).

Fred Siegel is always good to read, and I'm sure I never would have found this on my own, so thank you!

Yes, some Democrats are sane. Some Republicans are liberals (i.e.: Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island). I just wish this was the predominant view in both parties and that the Bush administration would stop joining the left and the Europeans in condemning Israel every time we act in self defense.

The M.E Terrorists and their Euro- Sympathisers and Mediots have become expert at what is known as the "The Plausible Lie"

The UN is the Seat of A World Wide Sponsorship of "The Plausible Lie". The Palestinians have perfected what has been coined " The Art of the Plausible Lie".

The Arabs have used the "plausible Lie" as their way of dealing with their mask of sanity under which there is inferiority, rage , resentment and a religion manipulated to generate young psychopathic population groups.
