President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair arrive in the Rose Garden of the White House April 16, 2004 for a joint statement and press conference. Bush and Blair called on the Palestinians and their supporters to use Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon 's West Bank plan as an opportunity for creating a Palestinian state. They also took questions from the partisan Press on Iraq and the usual question prepared for them from the DNC

Good old Ollie North is showing Marines every night from Fallujah.
Several times, like tonight, he shows a Marine and says "he was wounded but chose to stay with his unit rather than going home."

After Sharon visited with Bush at the White House, it occurred to me that this is the first time the PM has been able to complete a visit to DC without some of his people being blown up in Israel, prompting him to cut short his visit without getting the work done.
