With $10 a month from 100,000 people they could take care of our injured troops who are severely injured and help them get their lives back.
Fox News is interviewing a guy who lost both arms during the war.

I just saw that on FOX. I was watching news on the Boston NBC affiliate when they starting saying how brilliant Moore's treasonous film is. I switched to FOX and they are talking local news about a guy from Brocton Mass. trying to build homes four our troops.
Boston media has not covered the homes for vets story but they love Moore.
Boston media is safe from terrorist attacks, you can be sure of that.

I wouldn't put money on that... the terrorists eat their own. We have been witnessing that in Saudi Arabia for a few weeks now. Not to mention, Turkey, etc.

Amazing what some "media" consider "news". Michael Moore is NOT news.

On one of their pages regarding land donations:
Progress Update:
Homes for our Troops has been offered 2 pieces of land in MA, one in Carver and one in Easton. We have surveyors and engineers working on the piece of land in Carver right now.
The piece of land in Easton is waiting for approval from the town and state. The developers attorney is working on that process now.
10 pieces of land in Smith Center, Kansas one in Arkansas have also been donated. Homes for our Troops is working on the legal details of these other generous donations of land so we can help more veterans and their families.Because of the outpouring of support from all across America, we are working on early stages of offering our services to 3 more soldiers we hope to have 5 projects underway in different stages this summer! You are making a difference. Thank you.

The sight has really slowed down since the FOX story but I got my hooks into it early. Their photo gallery doesn't have captions but it's pretty save to assume that since the guy in the hat is Gonsalves who I think came up with the idea.

Thanks for the ping, Howlin.
FWIW...this is not nearly the outreach as the effort on this thread, but today (Saturday, June 26) across the nation, all Rockler Woodworking and Hardware stores are have a Turn-athon where folks bring their mini-lathes and turn gorgeous wooden pens all day to send to the troops.
Our daughter's a fine woodworker and cut about 200 pen blanks for the event.
