Ok, where would they like Israel to start disposing of them first?

One more example, if any be needed, that the UN is both bigoted and stupid. Israel's possession of nuclear weapons is a major factor why the gazillion of hostile Arabs who surround them on all sides are reluctant to try to wipe Israel off the map.
The fact that Israel can, with the push of a button in the cockpit of it's ably-flown jets, wipe Damascus, Beirut, or Cairo off the map has a thorough deterrent effect. But the UN is deliberately blind to that clear and obvious reality.

Mr ElBaradei said it was "not sustainable in any region or even globally to have some [people] rely on nuclear weapons and others being told they should not have nuclear weapons".And he proposes WHAT?
The U.N. is getting more foolish by the day.
I guess he's saying that if the U.S. has nukes then Iran and NK should be free to have them too, because of course we're all alike, right?
The future looks grim, I'm deeply saddened. Seriesly.

#15. Good one. And it is easy to see why they would laugh before they rejected it. With All the years Israel has withstood in the face of warfare and terrorism thrown against it from past to present, yes, I could see Israel laughing deeply before, during and post rejection of this.

Well my comment was meant lightly too (kind of) I meant God stands between Israel and genacide. They don't need the UN to protect them.

Israel asks Kofi to take a long stroll off a short pier. Or to go play with your friends on I-95.
Seriously though, I don't remember anytime in the past when the UN commanded such headlines. With evidence aplenty of their utter and well-deserved insignificance, how can they really imagine themselves and attempt to propel the illusion that they are world governors?

"Israel agrees with that, but they say it has to be... after peace agreements. WTF? Israel agrees with it after peace agreements? And what did they get after the last peace agreements? More suicide bombers and terrorist actions within their own borders than ever before!

Tell you what: The UN can send Hans Blix over to Israel, and they'll destroy all the nukes he can find.
