George and Laura Bush to be on with Larry King for the full hour tonight. I don't usually watch LKL because of his lame questions. But it should be interesting.
Before I go....GWB tells LK that if the Iraq governing council told him tomorrow to get our troops out of their country, we would.

You're right, there is something fishy about the politics of this whole thing. The President just need to tread water until after election day so the Dems can't turn it against him.

I think those 7 minutes of composure that our President showed at that time, (not upsetting the children) speaks to his strength, character, intellect, and heart.
I'm sure Kerry, if put in that situation, would have knocked the kids over on his way to a safe place.

President: There had been no federal $$'s given to stem cell research. There are 22 active lines now that have led to a couple hundred projects. Each line can yield different cells and are used by scientists and there are 100's of scientists using them now.
President Bush and Laura make a very good team. It's a pleasure to watch them instead of you know who. Laura looks lovely in lavender....a little alliteration there. LOL
