Edited on 08/24/2004 11:20:30 AM PDT by Jim Robinson. [history]

Freepers....

I will pledge $0.25 per week until election day (maximum of $50 per week) for every confirmed NEW donation to Swift Boat Veterans for Truth posted in this thread.

Confirmation numbers would be nice, but if you don't have that we'll go by the honor system. Please freepmail a copy of donation confirmation email, including the header information. Thanks.

Onward to victory!

I made 2 donations so far, of $50 each, and got thank-you e-mails, but no confirmation numbers that I can recall.

Hey Patty, no fair, now I have to go back and send another $50.00.

You better make it and extra 75$ I didnt include the 25$ from last week. I was trying to give these guys a break, they are going to go broke as it is trying to keep up with the donations to SBV.

I made my second donation last Friday after Kerry began his meltdown after the release of the POW ad.

Our family has made two $100 donations so far. We have reworked out budget to make the donation.

It's the best investment we can ever make for the future of the United States of America.

If we need to cut back on "luxuries" like DVD rentals, an occasional night out on the town or buying the grandkids stuff at WalMart that they don't really need then we are "reporting for duty" to support the SVFT and President Bush!

Sorry if the DEMS don't like those two nouns in the same sentence, but for me, it's a FREE COUNTRY and that's the way we want to keep it!

"Excellent idea, Fuzzy!"

But easier said than done!

It's kind of wasteful to use a whole 2 hour DVD-R for two 30 second commercials, so I've been looking for other "stuff" to add and most of the relevant clips I have are ok for PC or the a web page but look really crappy (pardon the technical lingo) for a DVD video on my home theater system.

I wish I could my hands on original materials - MPEGs, the pictures and audio tracks used in some slideshows that I've uh? borrowed (yah that's it) from variuos sites.

Heroes - never forget is real powerful!

Right Now (a video by Ricky West) is very affective (as well as effective)!

This is a great slide show! But it's interactive and my video software can't convert Flash movies for burning onto a DVD-R.

Then there's my 9/11 memorial page with Darryl Worley's "Have you forgotten?"

There's the song on Redeem The Vote's site RasterMaster? Hmm are you by any chance involved in video production?

Stay Strong
Fuzzy

I gave them $50 tonight but that is all I can spare for the next three weeks. Due to the end of the fiscal year at job, I'm losing about 1/3 of my monthly pay so I need to save for a bit. (That 1/3 will come back to me in late September.)

Most generous of you both!

Things are very tight for us right now but you two inspired me to chip in another $25 toward our heroic Swifties :-)

You can download Presidential speeches....York, PA is a good one that comes to mind. I have played around with it a bit, but can only create DVD's of what I record on TV.

I got a total of 12 confirmed new pledges in response to this post. Every little bit helps. I am going to raise my pledge to the Swifties minimum contribution of $10 per week until Nov. 2.

Thanks for the contributions, Freepers.

I matched your contribution this morning! Consider this the first new contribution for the second week.
