I miss the days when ABC and Jim McKay did the Summer and Winter Olympics. They knew how to present them and make you care about the people taking part. NBC, even though it's had the Summer and Winter Games since 1988, still doesn't have a clue. I'm with you, Uncle Vlad. There's something really shallow about NBC's coverage of the Olympic Games. It just doesn't have the "gravitas" of of the superb coverage provided by Jim McKay and ABC back in the day...
