NEW YORK -- Democrats on Sunday said President Bush's post-convention bounce was triggered by ''four days of mean, vicious attacks'' on John Kerry, and would be short-lived. They vowed a nonstop, two-month offensive to make up for any lost ground as Kerry made personnel changes at the top of his campaign for the final sprint to Election Day.

That four days of "mean, vicious attacks" was arguably the most effective Republican convention since 1980.
It was absolutely flawless.

Note to RATS and RINOs: ya aint seen nuttin yet...we are just getten warmed up!Right on. Wait for the ads coming up which inform a vast number of American voters about Kerry's secret meetings with Vietnam Communists DURING THE WAR WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR GOVERNMENT!
Wait for the ads that I read will bring on North Vietnam prison guards who will testify to what Kerry's testimony did for "the treatment" of POW's.
Then we'll be sticking a fork in the roasted pompous fraud Kerry.

Four days of factual, no cover-ups, no propaganda, only truths. People are getting to know Kerry.
This is how it should have read.

"
It was absolutely flawless."
And very "upbeat".
I thought the same thing.
It was going so well, that each day I found myself waiting for some kind of Republican, self induced, downfall.
I was most pleasantly surprised. ;)

Kerry made Vietnam his centerpiece not only or even mainly because he was trying to re-frame the campaign away from his Senate record. The talk prior to the Rat convention was how the Pubs would beat him up as a Northeastern Liberal, what with the attacks on Marriage, the MA Supremes and also linking him to Ted. The Dem forecasters were mainly concerned with the pending discussions on Marriage and what MA was bringing to the forefront of the Nation [as I write here in MA].
Guess the Rat elites were just too smart for themselves. Fact is that Kerry has no worthwhile cards in his hand, and any one that he plays is a loser.

NEW YORK -- "Democrats on Sunday said President Bush's post-convention bounce was triggered by ''four days of mean, vicious attacks'' on John Kerry, and would be short-lived."
Interpretation: We just had our clocks cleaned and oiled. Those mean Republicans exposed us by telling the truth. Terry McAuliff to his staff; why did we go with Kerry? Reply from his cohorts, it's the economy, stupid! ROFLMAO - These liberals not only march to the wrong drummer but also have visions of sugar plums which are nonexistent. They hallucinate, procrastinate and outright lie about their super wind surfing candidate, John "I was in Vietnam, you know" Kerry. This man's mission in life is to prove to the world what a blow hard loser he is. Rumor is he travels with a nanny!

If they can't handle a political convention, how will they handle the terrorists?
To: kattracks
Er, uh, no! Your mean vicious baseless attacks on the President and our country are what lifted the President.

Dems have been offensive for the past 4 years and it is getting them nowhere. They have run a losing campaign and are now worrying about the Presidents coattails

If the RNC was so terrible and ineffective that its bounce will be short-lived, then why the need for a Kerry campaign shakeup? It's amazing what the liberal media will print, they can't even see the end of their own noses.
To: kattracks

The first sentence is immediately contradicted by the second (if the bounce will be short-lived, why is a two month campaign to counter it neccessary?).
Dems in disarray. MSM propping them up.

But Michael Moore and the 9/11 "families" and the Clarke book weren't "mean." Ho. Course not.
BTW, if "mean" works, why doesn't Francois use it?

...as Kerry made personnel changes at the top of his campaign for the final sprint to Election Day. This guy can't put together a campaign...and yet he wants me to believe he's capable of putting together foreign and domestic policy.
What a crock!

Never truer than right now. The whine level has become unbearable. People who throw tantrums generally do not win elections; they usually get sent to bed.

Yeah, those negative Republican ads are dispicable, and deserve the to be condemned by all Americans. Just wait and see what happens when we go negative.</Sarcasm>
The hypocracy of the Democrats has already had an effect on the electorate. Greater degrees of hypocracy will only make it worse for their side.
To: kattracks
Democrat dictionary: mean = truthful
To: kattracks
We've had months and months of Bush lied, that he's AWOL, that he's stupid, that he's in bed with big oil, he taxes poor people, etc, etc.

Maybe they're right -- Michael Moore's, George Soros', Whoopi Goldberg's and others' mean attacks may have lifted Bush.
