Dan's charge of "partisan attack" on Friday, when it was obvious that there were important facts involved says something about Dan's focus.
Since he stood by his story, and since some of the liberal media is simply reporting the memos and their charges as assumed fact, then it is NECESSARY for Dan to do the same.
He must report on something regarding Pres Bush and the Nat'l Gd and use the memos as assumed fact.
To do otherwise is to suggest than he has been stopped internally by the powerbrokers of CBS or that he was wrong.

He will then read an on-air advertisement for Uncle Wiggley's Pink Cream of Poodle Leprosy Extract.

Dan will announce an investigation of Jim Robinson and his motives for founding FreeRepublic. They will find evidence that he faked Bigfoot photos as a young man.

Nothing. They've already said they stand by it and aren't even going to investigate. The story is over, there's nothing left to discuss. At least that attack was quite thuroughly defused, and ANG based attacks from the Kerry camp are now pretty much useless.
Dan will say, "It's tighter than a Texas tick on a bull's scrotum on the 4th of July." Or maybe he'll just tell us what the frequency is.
