Is this Clown Court for real?

No.

Article III, section 1:

"The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish".

This "court" is not the US Supreme Court, nor is is ordained and established by Congress as an inferior Article III court.

As pertains to Americans, therefore, it does not exist.

Uh, guys, this is an obvious hoax. No court ever wrote such a thing. The posted piece itself doesn't even purport to be a court order, but some odd, bastardized description of an order with putative partial quotes (that are certainly bogus). (Anyone who wants to argue, post a link or a news story that shows this order or a news story about it. It doesn't exist, at least as described.)

None of this is to say that the overall point, that there are many international forces that would do this if they could, is false--surely it is true. But they don't have the cojones, and they would hide behind foggy bureaucratic language if they did.

But let's not be all Dan Rather and get all tizzy over garbage.
