I think your analysis is dead on, and should also go up the food chain to W's handlers.

I wasn't worried about President Bush's tie. I was more fascinated with watching the pink worms wiggle on Kerry's face, and...
Oh, those were Kerry's lips moving, you say? Noooo. Well, it fooled me.

Blue ties may very well be "in" this year - and red may very well be "out". However the power suit - Navy Blue suit, white shirt, red tie - is a VERY good look for President Bush. It's called a power suit for a reason.
Whether it matters or not, I really wish he had worn it last night.

Red ties are out. Red ties are so 1996.

Can you tell me what the color meant? Kerry I know came for war (war in the sense of winning a debate, not protecting America of course) in the red one, what was Bush's statement?

Wow. That debate really rattled you guys didnt it? Now you're worrying about Kerry deliberately tweaking the President's tie? No offense, I deeply respect y'all, but you all are drifting into some serious tinfoil-hat territory there. Take a deep breath and focus on the serious issues...

Do you know if Kerry wears red or black fingernail polish on his toenails?

Laz is the only one who thinks he is witty and smart.
To: Lazamataz
I never even noticed that.
My eyes were too shocked by Kerry's matching lipstick, rouge, and tie.
Fruity Frenchy, I've been calling him.

(Copied from another post I made) I don't disagree with the level of importance -- it is small. But, seriously, it was very lightly distracting.
Also: No, we're not 'rattled' by the debate. It was more or less a draw, or maybe a *slight* advantage to Kerry.
