This is irrefutable proof that they are desperate--they are campaigning on an "issue" (since debunked) that didn't exist just days ago. Not part of a thought-out long-term plan.
Breaking "news" and Bill Clinton are all Kerry's got, and that's bad news when you, the candidate, aren't the story.

This ad is a panic response to the early release of the information.
This was meant for Sunday night, so it can be hammered all day Monday..
Early release is forcing Kerry to scramble.
