CBS & Rather says Kerry will make statement shortly.

Kerry will probably try to claim Ohio & victory. WHAT A JERK.

Don't worry - W has won & he won't let kerry steal it.

As a Republican, I want him to hang on.

As an American, I want him to concede.

As a media critic, I want to note that CBS, CNN, ABC STILL have not given Ohio to Bush. They want this more than he did.

Brit Hume pointed out that 44 years ago, Richard Nixon despite advice to contest a very close race 'put the country first' and conceded to John F. Kennedy!

If he concedes, it will be because of the popular vote margin. He's also probably been told that NM, NV, and IA (and possibly HI) put this thing out of reach w/o Ohio.

Someone do the math and see if I'm right here.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

Kerry is a communist; so is Kennedy They await their orders from Havana. I can't picture either of them doing what is right for the country. they don't believe in this country- their allegiance is to the internationalist movement. So if all they can do is create chaos in the US, it is enough for them. anything they can do, however small or wicked, is acceptable if it advances their cause and reduces American credibility. I'd be shocked if they came to their senses.

If he concedes, he gets the limited thanks of a relieved nation, and whatever scraps of dignity he manages to retain.

If he fights until the bitter, attorney-infested end, he drags the DNC down with him and earns a most unenviable place in history.

Think for a bit before answering, but which would you rather have?

Looks like Kerry is winning Ohio by roughly negative two hundred fifty thousand votes. Looks bad for the President.

My prediction-

Kennedy is telling Kerry to concede.

He's saying - "If you contest this, you will take the rest of the Democrat party with you."

Kerry: "What the hell do I care?"
