On the U.S. military base where I am, the mood is ECSTATIC!
Outside the wire, I'm sure the good Iraqis are happy. They're very pro-Bush and see him as their liberator. The terrorists are probably bummed out.
I'll be talking to some of the good ones in the next couple of days and gauge it.
