She and her Editorial board were on Charlie Rose the other night and you simply coulnd't recognize the country she was talking about--or the President and his party.
If the Dems lose, the world as we know it and America as a republic will end while we Brown Shirts of the Neo-Nazi party come kill their cats and steal their lattes.
This should be a great season for liberal therapists and psychiatrists. A lot of liberals have looked and sounded depressed today.
NO, I lean towards Ahnold !!!
I hope we're watching them, catch them in the act of voter fraud, but we don't say anything.
If they think it worked this time, they'll use the exact same tactics in 2008.

Komrade Katrina the poor little rich girl. She grew up so ashamed and embarrassed by the money her family had. A true limousine liberal.
Here's a link to Hilltop, her famous grandfather's Hollywood estate.
http://www.davidvail.com/hilltop/history.html
Now she spends her life furthering the cause of socialism/"progressivism".
Oops, Hilltop was not the Hollywood estate of the Steins, that was a different one called Misty Mountain.
Hilltop is at Lake Arrowhead.
I just can't keep these estates straight!
yup, a genuine three dollar bill flamer in the flesh!
but of course, we should all reach outAnd make them and SMELL THE GLOVE!
With Ron Jr. on the show, Tonight would have been a fine choice
OHHHH YEEEAAAAAHHHHH
Oh that's right, you're not in charge of anything anymore.
I've seen it often ...... usually it wears off though after a decade or two.
She lowered taxes....but only for the lower brackets. Florio had raised them big time on the upper brackets and she left those raises in place.
She also had one of her cronies working with the motor vehicle inspection scam. To say nothing of the Easy Pass scam......
Heard a similar screed this morning on an NPR station in Buffalo NY. A gentleman (Walter Simpson) claimed that the "religious right" had hijacked the Republican party and that religious folks were hypocrites when they vote for someone who supports tax cuts for the rich, but opposes an increase in the minimum wage. Of course, he lumped abortion and other issues as examples of "liberty". Ultimately, he expressed contempt at the voter as being, well, stupid.
Katrina van den Heuvel made some good points last night in demonstrating that the Left does not get it. She claimed on two occasions that Dems just did not get their message out. I would posit that the message was out - and rejected.
Mrs. Fury is a Democrat - a Southern Democrat. The party that she knew - socially conservative, fiscally moderate - is gone. Her, and millions like her don't even recognize the Democrat of 2004. She voted for Bush.
There will be a fight for the Democrat party. As long as you have Congressman/Chair of the DNC/etc. going to the premier of "movies" made by M. Moore, and attempts to force fringe issues such as gay marriage on a populace that does not want such a creature, Democrats will never be the national party they were.
Pray for W and Our Troops
Yes, looks like Hilltop was just the weekend retreat for the family.
They lived most of the time at their estate in the Hollywood environs.
I read an interesting article in Vanity Fair 2 or 3 years ago, don't have it anymore, about Katrina. How she and her sister (I think it was a sister) would go to the grandparents' house for ice cream socials, big events.
Her parents settled in NYC from what I remember and she grew up with the whole red diaper baby set.
Something interesting I found when searching on her is that her grandfather Jules Stein was a sort of mentor to Ronald Reagan in his earlier years.
Can you imagine? Her grandfather and Ronald Reagan were colleagues, and here she and young Ronnie R were sitting there last night coming from the far left?
Guess who must be turning in their graves?
All of those lift-wing girly-men just don't get it! :)
