As I understand it, the totals announced so far (i.e., the 135,000 number) are unofficial. So anything that impacts that is potentially important. Of course only the certified results count, but that total will be known only in the future. By the way, I had also sent an email to the Board of Elections contact, but they had evidently already been contacted by the Dispatch this morning on the issue.

Good catch on post #23. Seems that montrose likes to shake up the apple cart. I wonder who he or she voted for.....

I know. But if they could conduct a selective recount, securing their fraud in the urban areas and not opening it for review, while trying to knock off Bush votes via any means possible, they would take that. that's what the lawyer brigade would have been instructed to do, just like Florida in 2000.

Ghannas total population was 32,626 in 2000. I could not find any data on population based on voting district.

In the event that you talk to the dispatch again be sure to ask them if they are examining the anomolies in Cuyahoga county as well.

similar to New Mexico - where Richardson was clearly moving in to steal it, but then when they realized Kerry wasn't go to fight it, they figured it was best to avoid the risk of the investigation and just let the true numbers come through, giving Bush the win.

Seems a tad obvious if it was fraud. Probably a typo.

To: mabelkitty; Congressman Billybob; neverdem; Carry_Okie; sweetliberty; floriduh voter

So, in the same set of precincts in the same Ohio county, Bush got 14,000 votes FEWER than the Republican Senator, and 10,000 FEWER votes than the Republican Representative .....

Total Registration 160,196
Total Turnout 119,657 74.69%

GEORGE W. BUSH 60,615 (of Total = 118,775 presidential votes cast)
GEORGE V. VOINOVICH 74,693 65.95% (Of
Total = 113,261 Senate votes cast.)
STEVEN C. LATOURETTE 70,559 63.30% (Of Total = 111,462 representative votes cast.)

Yeah. Right.

You're correct: Classic symptoms of fraud.

(What voting system? Punch card?)

The results on that page are unofficial. Do you really think the KE campaign did not take this into account? They have so many lawyers here in Ohio, someone had to have already known about this. They also cannot afford to recount Ohio as it will expose their fraud statewide, especially up here in NE Ohio. I hear that Kucinich basically stole his seat. I also think we will see some investigations into PA, MI, and WI.

Not necessarily. Bush clobbered in CO but Salazar won the state. There had to be a lot more Salazar voters than Kerry voters.
