Our Heavenly Father...Today I pray that you empower President George W. Bush with your Holy Spirit, granting him boldness, wisdom,spiritual understanding, and protection as he ventures into his second term. Give he and his advisors and cabinet the clarity of judgement so needed at this time in the war on terror. I ask that you bind the enemy, and render him powerless! I ask this in the name of Jesus...AMEN!

With long life satisfy him and show him your salvation. Dear Lord, put a hedge of protection around your child George W Bush and rebuke the plans of the evil one.
Lord, we pray that you will protect Our President and our troops from those who seek to harm them both here and abroad. We ask that You grant President Bush wisdom and discernment regarding the Cabinet and judicial decisions he must make and guide him to that Your love and the Grace of Christ shine through him. In Jesus' name, Amen.

(When he referred to the heavens opening during the second debate, as I watched it on TV, I felt that occurred when Bush started to answer Bob Schieffer's question about filling vacancies on the US Supreme Court.)
