I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.

JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.

I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.

Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.

That charge is a lie.

The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.

I'm sending some money. I know a lot of attorneys, but none in CT. I think Cyborg's idea to get in touch with Mark Levin is great, I also suggested that he could help put Race in touch with some really big name help.

Please check with your lawyer as to whether there's any way to set up a fund for you with $$ going directly to the lawyer, thus avoiding a tax bill for you,

I fell off the wagon 4 or 5 years ago when my Dad went in the nursing home.

I backslid terribly, and was photographed several times with alchohol in my hands at the last Innaugural ball.

That is why I dont jump on those threads debating religion so much anymore, I would be a major hippocrite, even though I have been faithful in returning to Church 3 years ago.

I had to apologize to many people who once called me consistant, because I showed I was just a sinner in need of a Saviour.

It is also one reason I am not so harsh, I see sin in my life so much more clearer, I see my opwn human frailty so clearer, and I no longer jump in someone's face about what I see as wrong or non-Biblical.

I got a real lesson onjust what sin is, and it isnt in our behaviour, it is in us as people...all of us, and especially me.

And THAT is why I dont make those threads so much anymore, I would rather share when appropriate, not start a fight over it as if I have somehow conquered sin in my life, for I learned I never did, and that I never will.

Countersuit possible? You could force him to drop his suit in exchange for dropping yours. Seems like most law enforcement-types would be on your side for this type of shenanigans.

Nearby there is a large portrait of Martin Luther King Jr., the leader Kimber said he admires the most. And right behind his desk is a matching portrait of Kimber.

But Kimber, 42, is also a convicted felon known in some parts of the city for his aggressive campaign tactics.
