As a FReeper from a Kerry state, I implore you not to take the Red/Blue stuff too seriously. Throw out Multonomah Country (Portland, OR), and Oregon is an easy Bush win. Blue CITY is more like it.
Totally agree...throw out King County (Seattle) here in Washington, Bush carries the state. We here in Clallam County (upper Olympic Peninsula's RED stripe)are most proud to be a RED county surrounded by blue leftists.
God bless this fine young patriot. A grateful nation will never forget his ultimate sacrifice. His son should know that his father is an American Hero, part of this nation's latest installment of a "Greatest Generation."
