How do you know that? How do you know he would have worked it out? I truly don't mean to be cruel. But if he did EVERYTHING he was supposed to do, which is be on the drugs AND get psychological help, he would probably be alive today. The problem is that those who need help are the ones that have the hardest time asking for it. And that's just the truth.

I don't think that every answer to depression or DDD or whatever.... is to put people on drugs from a Doctor. Many kids on Prozac shouldn't be on it .......have you heard how many kids are put on it just to shut them up? You think that is a solution?

What is the solution? Did your friend seek therapy or any help? Any mind-altering drug must be closely monitored by a Doctor along with other therapies. No, it's not the only answer, but what else would you suggest?

Who would of thought that Cliff Clavin turned out to be the only normal person at Cheers?

Yeah, I heard him on a radio talk show for some diabetes cause a while back.

Said he was a "moutain hippy" carpenter, and all his friends went West to Kali, and he went East
to the UK, where he fell in to acting.

Great stories about when and how much the others in the "Cheers" cast started drinking during their last show.

Shelley's agent should have told her about Parnell Roberts, and others that went the route she chose.

Brian Doyle filled in for Laura Ingraham last summer, and he said that when people are willing
to pay you $100K/week, and giving you 25+ chances each week to get it right, take it.
