All depends on what the military wants to charge him with.

Funny how those who appeared in Michael Moore's film without consent and disputed their appearance by talking to the filmmakers of FahrenHYPE 911 are ignored by the Left.

Sgt. Akbar, the American who murdered 2 officers and injured another 14 in Kuwait in 2003, is the REAL US military hero to these traitors.

It's one thing to participate in political matters out of uniform, but it can't be done in uniform, and I should think it would also be improper to do it specifically identifying yourself as a marine.

Let's see for openers Violation of RT. 104. of the UCMJ Aiding and Abetting the Enemy.

Then of course there could be ART. 116. RIOT OR BREACH OF PEACE or ART. 117. PROVOKING SPEECHES OR GESTURES. Then depending on what happens there could be ART. 128. ASSAULT or the ever present ART. 134. GENERAL ARTICLE

Sweet huh?

What ticks me off is that somebody like this puke or Ritter gets to wear the uniform of the Corps, and I'm probably to old to even get back in the Air Force, much less the Marine Corps.

If he shows up in uniform, Article 88? Anyhow, if he is still active duty, he belongs in Leavenworth.

An American Patriot

With a first hand look into the war in Iraq, Marine Corporal Abdul Henderson, has been actively speaking out against the war. He testified on Capitol Hill on a congressional panel in 2003. He was featured in Michael Moore's movie Fahrenheit 9/11 stating that he would not return to Iraq if his reserve unit was called back to duty. Mr. Henderson has also been featured on radio shows Democracy Now and the Joe Madison Show . In addition, he has appeared on the morning show Good Morning America and was given the political play of the week on CNN's show Inside Politics .

Sucks to be an ensign (or whatever) in the PRK (or whatever they call it these days.

The sight picture help-out is funny for Americans that are used to a different sight picture, but accurate for chi-com/soviet era weapons.

Lots of AC units in the apartments in the background... and I don't have a problem with that... The rule is 'KNOW your backstop.... you don't actually have to care who gets hurt (unless you are a human)

It's one thing to participate in political matters out of uniform, but it can't be done in uniform, and I should think it would also be improper to do it specifically identifying yourself as a marine. Because that's the whole point, that a marine is a peacenik.

Yes indeed, and as it was explained to me when I was in, if I identified myself as an Air Force member and did so while endorsing a specific political group or position, it was the same as if I were wearing the uniform. So he can show up in jeans and a T-Shirt or a clown suit, and he's still violating the law. In addition, even if he were to somehow keep politics and/or the validity of the Iraq war out of it, just getting up and saying, "I'm a U.S. Marine, and I'm refusing to fight if ordered" would be a big fat volation, maybe even a count of sedition.

Mr. SKELTON. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 1/2 minutes to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Watson).

Ms. WATSON. Mr. Speaker, Abdul Henderson was called up as a Marine Reserve to go to Iraq. I am hoping and praying that he was not aboard that helicopter. As soon as I leave these Chambers, I will make a call out to Los Angeles.

He is the son of one of my employees. We saw him off. I support and I honor our troops for they are following commands, and I think the most honorable thing we can do is take them out of harm's way.

..snip..

And he has a political connection.

If it is snowing, we will move the rally to Bean Cycle Coffee Shop

Looks like they are expecting at least 10 people to the rally.

This coffee shop would normally fit 12 - but with MMoore, we're back to ten - or less.

Isn't it Article 88 if he doesn't go as ordered? Also Article 92, Failure to Follow a Lawful Order or Directive. I could be wrong...been out a long time.
