Too bad we no longer prosecute traitors for treason. From his name I'll make the leap that Abdul is a muslim. Having studied the Koran, it is my conclusion that a devout Muslim can have only one loyalty, and that is to Islam first and other muslims second.

To have muslims serving in our military is mistake. I hate to be so un-PC, but it's the truth, and we have seen plenty of examples why in the past two years.

Thanks. Now I'm wondering what a "spiritual" Christian is. As a Christian myself, I think you either believe Jesus Christ is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings who died and rose for our sins, and you accept him your savior, or you don't. Okay, "spiritual Christian"...Mr. "SC" better answer for some of these verses from his source, the Bible (after all, how can he call himself a "spirtual Christian" when he doesn't...well, never mind. But I'll mention them anyway:

1 Peter 2 Submit yourselves, for the Lord's sake, to every authority instituted among men..."

I gather that includes authority in an organization for which he VOLUNTEERED...

1 Peter 2:17 Slaves (can be translated workers, or soldiers), submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. For it is commendable for a man to bear up under unjust suffering because he is conscious of God." (pause....)

Any unjust suffering here?

1 Peter 2 continued: "But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong, and endure it? However, if you suffer for doing good, and you endure it, this is commendable before God.
