If the jury truly wanted to see Peterson put to death, then they would have given him LWOP in the general population of San Quintin.

That's often claimed, but I have yet to hear of any recient murder there which was not gang or drug related. Its mostly a urban myth.

it isn't that way anymore - Peterson would have been colocated with other prisoners with similar backgrounds.

High profile cases dont go into the general population anymore.

And let's not have the prisoners do our dirty work. the people convicted and the people should kill him.
