Naah, Alberta got it right.
Israel isn't viable.
Jews in government like Feith and Wolfowitz are disloyal.
GWB is dumb as sh*t

West Jerusalem is not disputed. East Jerusalem is.
The embassy would be located on property owned by the US in West Jerusalem.

The US Consulate in Jerusalem is located in East Jerusalem. Which I believe has sole responsibility for dealing with the palistinian entity, and till recently bypassed the Tel Aviv Embassy. They'd be offended were their point of contact not in Jerusalem.

Which I believe has sole responsibility for dealing with the palistinian entity But it also has to deal with US citizens living in Jerusalem. They made me jump through flaming hoops when I applied for US citizenship for my two oldest kids born in Jerusalem. They confiscated the original Israeli birth certificates and then issued a US DOS birth certificate, well, with no country.

Move the American delegation to the UN to Jerusalem.

If you intentionally misspell a word in your paragraphs, then run it through the spell check, it will format your paragraphs for you. All caps and non formated is hard to read on a monitor. Taking the time to format properly will get you read a lot more.
(I do not need to intentionally misspell a word, it just works out that way...)

The U.S. has had a long-standing policy of refusing to locate embassies in foreign capitals that are located in disputed territoriesWell as the Mohamadians have declared Jihad on America, I guess we had better move our Capitol to Mecca, the only un disupted area of the world. No wait, Bin Laudin is disputing that one...
I got it, lets put the Capitol Building on the dark side of the moon. That is safe from Islam, as they can't even make airplanes.

Well the Israeli Government itself has set aside a large plot of land in downtown Jerusalem for the American Embassy, clearly indicating that Israel does not intend to cede that spot to the Arab League.
Israel has not set aside a section of land for any other country in the world. Land in Downtown Jerusalem is one of the highest real estate costs in the world. Right across the street is apartment buildings that sell for over a million and a half per apartment and that is not the penthouses. That vacant lot is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
I think Israel should sell the plot and donate the money to feed the poor. The poor you have with you always, but America, she comes and goes.

I do not think "Bush is full of Sh!t", I think the State Department is full of Shi'ite. While we are investigating Kofi Anan and his family getting rich on Arab Bribes and cush Jobs, It would be real nice to do the same with all the "retirement consutation work" in Arabia for ex-States Department men.
Billions of bucks of very oily money pay for a lot of State Department platforms. It makes Kofi look like a piker, and has been going on a whole lot longer.

The US Congress and the President have recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Further, more than half of Jerusalem is not on disputed territory. Western Jerusalem has been the capital of Israel since 1951.
The President should do the will of the American people and their elected representatives. President Bush supports that law and the idea of the American embassy being in Jerusalem. He should have the courage of his convictions.

Until 1951, about two and a half years. For the last 55 years, though, Jerusalem has been Israel's capital and the U.S. has recgnized it as such. That was the point of the law you object to.

Israel isn't a viable country? What about us is not viable? Our technological innovation, successful economy, growing population? Tell me, what's wrong with Israel?
Or are you simply saying we have no right to exist?
