It would seem impossible for Africa to have been hit along with Sri Lanka, but the base was missed.
But, we have heard nothing about it.....
Mauritius has largely escaped unscathed, although the Rodrigues islands were hit mildly, suggesting there could be some damage on Diego Garcia although it is unlikely to be major.
