As I understand it, Hillary was so angry with Clinton about his affair with Monica that she had not spoken to him for eight months.
After seeing all the gory sights on CNN of alleged Serb atrocities (based on lies, such as the Markale market place massacre which was self-infliced by Bosnian Muslim forces,) Hillary broke her silence and told Clinton to bomb the Serbs.
He bombed them back to the stone age the next day
Apparently the article on Michael Savage's interview with Gail Sheehy is no longer available at that website. However, to find it, I went to Google and typed in "Gail Sheehy Hillary Clinton Yugoslavia," without the quotes if you want to read the interview.

If I remember correctly, there was a video clip of Clinton paying a visit to support the terrorists in Kosovo and Bob Dole was there on the stage with him...
And, the destruction wasn't complete until after the 2000 election...

I'd say unlikely...Bush has had nothing good to say about Milosovic and we still have troops there protecting the Albanians...
