They seem to be promoting the gay and lesbian agenda under the guise of protecting kids at the school. How big of a problem can this be? The lecturer's website promotes same sex marriage and the homosexual lifestyle, which has to be offensive to some parents at that school.

There's no escaping it. Flee! That's what I've done and what I recommend for others.

I went to high school in Dallas. Greenhill was the "alternative" school in the area where people could "express themselves" instead of really learning. They even had peacocks roaming free on their campus.

...Sooo glad I went to Catholic school.

"free from intentional and unintentional harassment"

Here's the scary part - "unintentional harassment"

That means harassment is whatever they say it is.

People used to be judged by their actions.

Then came hate crime laws meaning you are judged by what someone perceives as your intent or motive.

Now we have unintentional harassment meaning you are guilty of whatever I say you are guilty of.

What possible defense could there be for this?

Our society is doomed.

From forthepeople.com:

Unintentional harassment
Harassment is not always intended. Acts or behavior that are funny or don't mean much to one person may hurt or offend another. If you're not sure whether your behavior or action will offend someone, ask first. If you do offend someone without meaning to, you should apologise immediately and stop the behavior.

If he were really interested in creating a safe community, he would lobby for homosexuality to be illegal.

It's when people blame you for their failures. For example if So-and-So fails to achieve a passing grade in a class, and you have never done anything overt to get in his way, he invokes "unintentional harassment" toward him owing to his membership in x victim group.

Also known as "invisible barriers" among feminist victimologists.

"you should apologise immediately and stop the behavior."

Would that apply if you offended someone who was Christian or pro-life? Or who'd voted for George Bush?

Since Greenhill is a private school, I presume that the parents support this action.

Oh it was a flake factory indeed...I participated in the ISAS art's festival a few times and during my senior year it was held at Greenhill. One of the things I will remember about that school till the day I die is the peacock standing on top of a small, one story building squawking (or whatever they do) at us.

Should have thrown rocks at it.

So, If I tell the folks at forthepeople.com that their website offends me, then they will apologize and pull it off of the web?

Oh. It's a private school? Well then that's their business if they want to corrupt the minds of their own children. Pretty sad, but what can we do about that?

You know, it's like that white power thing. Whites are born racist, and so now I guess heterosexuals are born harassers. We demand compulsory heterosexuality don't you know? It's heterosexism.
