Yes, here we go. I do not fear if the DemocRATS have the nuclear option for their judges if they get back into power. Advise and consent means an up or down vote, and 51 senators confirm. That is how the Framers saw it.

The Scottish Law Senator made some statements recently about an order he intended to pursue with these nominations but I can't remember what sequence he enumerated.... Seems he felt there were a couple or so that could be gotten through the process without a lot of conflict... We'll see.
