Does anyone know of the circumstances under which Hugh Sidey said that President Bush was "the most complete man we have had as President?" He also said we are the "most blessed".Hi joybelle, I haven't read that exact quote, but I do know that Hugh Sidey has good access to the Bush family and has written very complimentary things about President 41 and 43.
