President Bush nominated John Negroponte today to be the new Director of National Intelligence. Negroponte is the former ambassador to Iraq. The First Couple also hosted Paul Rusesabagina and his wife, Tatiana. Mr. Rusesabagina sheltered refugees in a Rwandan hotel where he worked as a manager, and was the subject of the movie, 'Hotel Rwanda'. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
Our 'visionary' president conducted an AWESOME press conference today . . . C-Span will re-broadcast the event at 1:05 AM (EST) and again at 6:23 AM (EST).
I just returned home from a college fair and am more exhausted tonight than I was last night (I didn't think that humanly possible) . . . I'm off to bed . . . Night all!
It's nice to have a day off of work. I think my managers weren't sure how long my recovery would take so after I called in sick Wednesday (did I mention I was sick?), I wasn't scheduled again until Saturday. Lots of recovery time. It's a good thing too, I'm still kinda lightheaded. Probably from the not eating for two days. On the bright side, it was a good diet. I lost 8 pounds. I do that every time I get sick and then I gain it right back as soon as I start eating. I have the worst immune system...I catch anything and working at a grocery store does not help.
Good night prayers for you and your family
Dr. Deb, with all you have on your plate, you still took time to tell us about the C-span thing. I'm gonna tape it.
How are things going with your brother and mother?
Long time no see ;-)
What a great picture of the VP!! He looks pretty happy. :)
WOW...lots of info there...Im so confused....why is Maryanne out of CTU?...
Nice picture. Maybe it's just the camera angle, but his face looks thinner than it's been for a while.
I hear you, RWP!
This was outside our house a few hours ago! GORGEOUS!!!
Curtis is taking her on a little trip next week.
Almost back to normal....I've got other problems tonight..LOL....picked up my new glasses and Im having a hard time getting use to the new prescription.....never get old!!!
What a precious empty-headed echo chamber this "forum" has become.
You kowtow to the most vicious band of thugs, pirates amd murderers ever assembled under one roof.
The president was excellent today.
I just came across this old transcript of the president giving the press a tour of his ranch. Lot of info from W.
Yeah, I got that, just don't know why she left the building.
*I'm becoming increasingly convinced that I'm bipolar because during my good moods, my head starts racing and I come up...*
You may have the correct diagnosis. From reading your posts these past many months I have seen similar symptomology. With bi-polar there are 3 forms also another
branch, Cyclothymia. There are meds for this but with any
type of depression you have to try different ones and at various mgs. If you don't follow Drs. instruction and
don't stop the meds on you own as there may be some other
that may help.
With Any depression there is no cure, just a job of keeping
in a somewhat level form.
**Nice picture. Maybe it's just the camera angle, but his face looks thinner than it's been for a while.**
I noticed that too I think he may have lost a little weight since Christmas I thought I noticed that in another photo if you noticed as well he may well have.
You mean this week? She knew Edgar found out she was the mole and she decided to split.
""Isn't he the cutest, most precious, most adorable man you've ever seen? And I'm not at ALL biased...""
Good evening, Rintense. Thanks for today's Dose.
Lovely I am jealous we had a bit of snow the other day it laid for a while but within a couple of hours it had all gone. We have not had any decent snow in Kent for over 10 years.
Are you intoxicated??
Negroponte sounds like a Spanish or Italian name. I think the name would mean black point in Italian, but am not sure.
Do we have troll????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is so beautiful. I am tempted to be jealous, but on the other hand, I hate cold weather.
Or maybe just insane. What a strange person...
If you don't give them any attention they die.
It's like throwing water on the wicked witch of the west.
That is one of the best photos I've ever seen of Dick Cheney. Excellent photography in all respects.

This one has a registration of June 2000. Three posts that were harsh, most of his posts were last year, August and before. Where is this one coming from?
Oh, and can I get that fox URL?
Good to "see" you, DrDeb. You and your family have my very best wishes and prayers.
It may be cold, and you may be sick of winter, but that is one gorgeous photo.
Post the others, snugs! Some of us can never get enough, LOL.
Lovely photo hope you enjoy posting I find it great fun
Before you get zotted, at least let me say you're grammar is better than yesterday's troll. Your viewpoint, however, sucks.
You're right, I believe. He looks more Spanish than Italian to me, but what would I know. I'm blonde and German!
LOL It worked!
Hi rintense. As I type this, I see we have a troll. Personally, I don't mind getting a little combative with them before zotting them.
Is it in chat, or what?
get lost....the fringe are after you.
Nope, just a thread. Posted the link to kate earlier.
It was over 60 on Tuesday, which was good (I got to clean up some of the branches and twigs that are still all over our yard), but this snow was SO gorgeous that it made me glad it's still winter.
(I'll have to admit to being a bit weird that way, though. :o)
