Not only that, but weren't all the funds from the settlement to be alloted for Teri's care and rehabilitation? I'm not a lawyer (but I work for them) and that is tantamount to embezzlement. Also, didn't that jackass spend some of the money on legal fees to terminate the woman's life?? The court needs to appoint a Guardian ad Litem, which is what any other court would do!
