Have not heard Ford state his idea of $500. per child -- but -- for every child born in the USA. If we have it bad now with moms comming over the border imagine if they are given a $500.00 gift. Actually it is just a new congress cash cow to play with!
Drudge reports that Condi told Stephanopoulus (sp without checking) that she won't run. Though I don't like that bad news, I hope she sticks by her word. I'd hate for her to be another pol who is being coy. I want Condi to always be honest. With a flat out " I won't run!", how can she honorably change that? Don't tell me with a draft. Won't do!
On Fox, Mark Malloch Brown had several revealing responses:
1) U.N. worker rape little girls because they don't have enough "other recreational options".
2) All that is wrong with the U.N. is because the U.S. doesn't send enough money to the U.N.

I think President Bush is handling things just fine. He and Condi are a great team, but she takes orders from him; he's no fool. Are you implying that he's trying to blame all the problems of the Middle East on Rumsfeld? Surely you haven't fallen for that!
