Many people require a feeding tube inserted to get nutrition. Just because a feed yube is inserted does not mean the person is ready to die.
Where does society stop the care and feeding of those who are severely impared?
When modern medical science has reduced all of us to sick vegetables, then who will be tasked with the care and feeding roles. Will it be voluntary?
Look, this one is already dead to lifew and everything around her in every way but legal, and that is being debated.
For her sake, please let her go. But let's make sure the money goes "with" her, wherever she goes. If she is to be a potted plant, the the gardner who cares for her must have that money.
