No, you are dead wrong about that; Mark Levin is far superior and knowledgeable, than Keyes is. And this is NOT a Constitutional case at all, but one dealing with the laws of Florida.

Man you sound people over at DU.. Next thing your going to tell me is the corp machine and Diebold control us..

It's strange how familiar some people are with DU. Do you spend a lot of time over there?

be pissed off at the husband.

If a man kills your sister and the judge doesn't care, and the governor is too weak to act, you have a right to be more angry at the people who had the authority to do something but didn't. It's plainly a concept you can't understand: you prefer your own unjust reality to the sort of justice you call a fantasy. Clearly, you aren't fit for self-government or republican government, because you don't believe justice is possible.

Can we just agree to disagree about this.. we both are not going to change each other's mind.. I just think we should cut the Bush Bro's some slack here..

WHAT ?

Look, Alan Keyes is many things, but an expert on Florida law isn't one of them.

Keyes knows the constimatushion. The constimatushion does not specify a courtocracy. They constimatushion does not provide that the courts can do jack squat to the executive.

The people who are blaming the Bush boys for Terri's death are obviously Dems or liberals trying to cause a split. If they are not dems or liberals and truely believe that Jeb Bush is to blame for this mess then they need to seek professional help for their mental disorders for they are either insane or just plain stupid. Take your pick and I don't care who I have offended.

The people who are jumping on Bush are offending me and my common sense and I resent you trying to tear the republican party apart.

Get behind me Satan, and that includes all dems, trolls, progressives, liberals, socialists, and communists that are on these threads stiring the pot.

For the few republicans that have been sucked in I find you more reprehensible than the democrats, and deem you the real evil people.

Are you okay? Do you always post this way? You really need to take a break, your posts aren't making any sense at all.

If you're trying to be funny, you aren't. If you think your posting style is "cute"; it isn't. And Alan Keyes is no expert at all regarding any part of the Terri mess.

Your foolish attempt to compare Jeb and Pilate is absurd. The thing that makes satire funny is that it contains truth. Pilate had unlimited power to free Jesus but would not and did not care a bit about him. Jeb did not have unlimited power to free Terri and obviously did care about her. You're hopelessly reaching at an inaccurate comparison in an attempt to play on some sort of emotional string. You failed.

In addition, I think that anyone making any attempt to compare Terri Schiavo to my holy, spotless and blessed Savior Jesus Christ needs to have their head examined.

Have you ever dated either of these men?

I have read quite a few posts with regard to the way Gov. Bush handled Terri's plight. I honestly don't recall anyone "blaming" Pres. or Gov. Bush for Terri's death. I may be wrong. At the least, it was a dereliction of duty.

I, for one, believe that Gov. Bush had the executive power to intervene while an investigation was carried out. According to testimony and documents, there seemed to be enough evidence to justify such an action.

"...offending my common sense..." Your post shows a lack thereof.

"Satan", "liberals", "dems", "trolls", "progressives", "socialists", "communists", "insane", "stupid", "mental disorders", "evil!!!" My word! Your lips must be parched, or wet from all that vile spewing! This kind of behavior is commonly exercised in the liberal camp.

I will gladly respect your passionate objections if you will show some courtesy and class and desist with the hyperbole, slanderous nonsense. I am one who criticizes Gov. Bush, but I am assuredly none of these things you've described. You are the one who's "stirring the pot", and causing dissension.

The reason Jeb didn't cause this to happen is that he is not a worthy champion of the position to which he is elected. He was willing to give his constitutional power away, and damage lawful governance in Florida until someone with stones can set the matter right by his own example.

How many hurricanes did you go through last year???

The only body which would be competent to call for Jeb's arrest would be the legislature.

How grotesque to thank the Governor who could have save Terri, but chose not to do so. Jeb Bush signed the Florida statute, in 1999, that redefined food and water as "artifical life support" and which drastically lowered the standards for evidence of a death wish. Everything that Michael Schiavo and George Felos did was made legal in 1999 by Jeb Bush. Then Bush stood back and lied about his supposed inability to recuse Terri.

Jeb Bush is not a legislator or a judge. He is an executive. An executive's function is to ACT, and to oppose the other two branches of government if they commit a crime, which is what the judges were doing when they ordered the murder of Terri. He chose not to act, instead attributing infinite power to a probate judge in some swamp.
