What exactly are "developmental delays"This would be any number of issues. I am familar with Down Syndrome. They are very trusting of people, that is why they are such targets. They are the most innocent individuals.
I am going to make some phone calls and ask some questions.

his watch The principal's name is Regina - HER watch
It's even more unbelievable that a FEMALE principal was not outraged at this and did not call police or the family.
Oh wait, the liberals don't think some people's lives are worth living. Maybe this principal agrees, so this girl's "developmental delays" make her a non-person.
This is beyond disgusting.

Developmental delays can mean several things, but for sure the girl is in the special education program. She is probably listed "MID" - mildly intellectually disabled - because her IQ scores are low.

Why on earth were these kids in the auditorium without adult supervision?? Union work rules. In most public schools, during breaks, the teachers hide in their rooms intentionally oblivious to anything that goes on outside

If only her parents had just starved her death like they were supposed to this never would have happened.

What exactly are "developmental delays"It means she is special education. The reasons are numerous. It is likely she should be separated from others for her own protection and her own needs but its no longer PC to keep special ed kids out of regular classroom.

Mifflin High School officials who found her bleeding from the mouth March 9 did not call police, and an assistant principal cautioned the girl's father against calling 911 because the media might get involved, according to statements from school officials obtained by The Columbus Dispatch. But the girl's father insisted on calling police and contacted them later that afternoon.Well, gee. It was only rape.
Lot of people there need a good ass-kicking and then a law suit to end all lawsuits.

Developmentally delayed...sounds to me the sick f*cks who did this are developmentally delayed. And the school administration that took hours to wade through a "moral and ethical delimma for the school" aren't far behind, either.

Thank God for the teacher who had the guts to stick up for this girl and against her bosses who wanted to sweep this under the rug.

Not only is this school going down. The school system is going to take a major whack.
Dozens of sexual assualt charges.
School administrators lack of oversight.
Security company misfeasance.
Teacher negligence (why weren't these students accounted for at a specific time /location?)
I would have the most vicious lawyer ripping each of these of defendents and dozens of others a new a$$hole.
Lawyer lottery times ten!!

I am wondering what the teacher's union will do. Force the keeping of the staff?
Maybe the residents of the school district should withold their property tax funding for the school district.
