Thank you for the link.

Precisely what I had expected.

This is a zoo that is called a school.

I would summarily execute anyone who did such as thing to my daughter.

The school's staff need to be charged for not reporting a crime and as accessories to the rape.

I think I'd have made mince meat of his/her face then asked "do you still not want to call the police, because I'm telling them and the media everything!!"

In my opinion the girl who was raped is not near as mentally disabled as those who did the crime and those who stood around and watched, as for the sheithead who taped it theres another sick whacko. In fact the girl that was raped and the father seem to be the only sane people in that school. What kind of teachers would tell a rape victim not to call the police? The principle and the Assistants are mentally ill in my opinion. Its no wonder things like this happen in schools run by incompetents such as these.

Per Glenn Beck, the girl has some sort of speech difficulties.

Read elsewhere that principal is on unpaid leave and they are in the process of terminating her. Other 3 vice-principals are on unpaid leave, and will be transferred to other schools.

Race may or may not matter but I wonder if they boys were black and this girl was white? Was this a hate crime?

Richard Watson is one of three assistant principals suspended for 10 days. Principal Regina Crenshaw will likely lose her job, WCMH reported.

Absolutely unbelievable. Normally, I'm not in favor of lawsuits. But I will make an exception for this one. Sue this school district / county / state back into the Stone Age. No excuse for this at all.

EVERYONE OF THESE SCUMBAGS NEED JAIL TIME!

Including all the witnesses who did nothing and the school staff.

Sick children... ....usually have sick parents.

Maybe so, maybe not. Or maybe a little of both.

But they can develop a lot of these attitudes via sick TV, sick movies, and sick music, not to mention sex education in the public schools, which basically tells them that anything goes as long as you use a condom.

Plus bill clinton and all the enables in the press, who taught school children that oral sex is OK, just a private matter, everybody does it, move on.

Yeah, there's a great idea. Spread the idiots around so every school can have at least one.

If the girl does have speech difficulties, that's not necessarily a severe developmental disability. In which case I'd resent my daughter being labeled developmentally disabled because she had speech problems. (I do have a developmentally disabled daughter who is 17.)

Ahh thanks for the translation. I figured it was along those lines. Sometimes what they call it and what it actually is don't match up.

I hope this girl and her family pull through, and that everyone else involved have fun being held down and sexually assaulted in prison. Trust me, the police won't be called then either.

The problem is these children were not raised properly. They should replant them about six feet down and see if that doesn't correct the problem. I have about 30 acres north of Cowlumbus, and I would gladly donate it to this kind of cause.

And why no charges filed if they know who the perpetrators are (and with that many witnesses, they must know?)

The perps aren't going anywhere and it takes a while to complete an investigation. DNA tests take some time and once charges are filed and the defendants are arraigned, the time limitation period on the right to a speedy trial kicks in. Speedy trial rights are the main reason for waiting at this time.

>>The girl's father demanded that school officials call the police.

"Mr. Watson said, 'No we don't want to do that, we don't want the police,"' Upshaw told the investigator. <<

During one of my daughters soccer games (she was 11 at the time), the other team was a vicious inner-city type group that was playing quite rough - they were also like horses compared to the size of our girls. I was getting very frustrated with the refs not doing anything and the coach was concerned I might do something.

Well, one of the girls from the other team hauled off and punched one of our girls in the face. I started on the field and the coach said I needed to let the refs take care of it. I told her that assault is assault, no matter where it happens and this is now a police matter. She and I were coming from completely different paradigms.

This girl was raped and these boys need to spend a few years in prison.
